Since it has apparantly been the summer since i last posted or even got to read livejournal, I figured I would take to today to do a little catching up. First and foremost, Alex: you have my everlasting support for whatever you are going thru. And that goes for EVERYONE!!! I am NEVER too busy for my friends. Kimmy, congrats on the engagement! Let me know when the date is and we'll be there. If I forgot anyone, please do not be offended, my entries only go back so far.
To everyone who does not know: WE FINALLY BOUGHT A HOUSE!!! It is located Lowville just north of Wattsburg and the house is wonderful! It has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (sort of), a gorgeous kitchen that is every chef's dream, a dining room, a living room and family room, an office, a playroom, and a two and a half car attached garage, 2300 square feet of living space. It comes with a good sized pool and a wooden swing set for Morgan. All of this is set on almost one acre of beautiful land and space. It has a couple of ups and downs which are being taken care of. We had our inspection last Thursday. FHA, the federal housing authority, is the only place we could get a decent mortgage. FHA requires a well and septic inspection with very strict guidelines. Apparantly one of these guidelines is the well cannot be located inside the house, which said well is located. Mike and I got incredibly bummed. We weren't sure what to do next, and then Mike came up with a brainstorm: we offer to pay half the cost of drilling a new well if they were willing to do so. And they went for it! The new well is being drilled sometime this week. The downside: where to find $1000. Eh, small thing, it will show up from somewhere. So, closing is set for September 15, and the big move will be the following weekend September 19 and 20. Don't worry, anyone who helps will be fed and treated to a swim in our pool if one so desires. (I am so very excited!!!!) All hands willing and able would be greatly appreciated.
So, I have lots and lots of packing to do between now and then. Oh, we got a kitten last week. Poor thing isn't that old and was outside all the time, never allowed to be inside, hardly fed. It follows Mike everywhere. It is black and called Shadow because it IS Mike's shadow. She is an adorable little thing. I am so happy to finally have a cat around again.
So, Morgan will start school at Wattsburg school district on August 26. Aye! That means I better get shopping soon!
Well, I have to get to work now, you know, at least look busy.

Yesterday we went to Sam's Club and spent way too much money, but all was needed and will last a long time. And things were wonderfully cheap comparitively. Which is good considering that the difference will eaten by Mike's gas tank. I am going to be painting my car and putting new tires on rather than getting a new vehicle. Don't need the car payment at the moment, even tho mine wouldn't be a real high payment, just don't need it. My car seems to working just fine at the moment. Gotta love Cavaliers. They just go and go and go......
I have finally decided what to do with Morgan this summer. It has been a real puzzler since I have decided it is unfair to ask the grandparents to switch off and on all summer with her. She'll drive them nuts inside of two weeks! I love our daughter dearly, but without other kids around her, she gets bored very very quickly! A babysitter would have cost me about $150/week plus the cost of food and any activities. The YMCA offers a program for school-age kids including swimming lessons for $122 a week. They have activities and weekly field trips. You have to provide lunch and snacks. My grandma got appalled at the cost of the program and said she heard St. Luke's had a summer program. Considering this church has a school attached to it, I decided to look into it. It has a wonderful program including music lessons, weekly field trips, cooking lessons, computer lessons, educational speakers, science activities, arts/crafts, water activities, reading, water play, pizza parties, sports, and a wonderful outdoor playground. They provide the breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack! All for $100/week. What a deal! The only catch was that the program closes at 5:30 everyday. But my boss is generous and said I'm in early enough everyday that I can leave ten or fifteen minutes early to go get her. Fortunatly Morgan is about five minutes from work. So off to St. Luke's Day Camp she goes starting June 16. School ends on the 11th. My parents are going to Cleveland for an appointment in the morning of the 12th and leaving for Virginia to see my sister for a week on the 12th. *Scratches head* What to do with Morgan???
Well, have to do more grocery shopping and finish cleaning Mikey's car that got started yesterday. Talk to you all later!

Sorry it has been so very long everyone! I do try to keep up, but you know how it goes. Everything is going pretty good, considering everything. My IBS seems to have taken a walk, and it can stay away for all I care. Morgan is doing great, can you believe she is reading??? Honestly, where does the time go? Still no employment for Mikey, very depressing. My job is going wonderful, couldn't ask for a better one. Well, have to go visit Aunty Lou in the hospital. Catch up more later<3

I have to admit, the more I watch 300 the better I love that movie. Yesterday I had such a severe allergy attack, I don't know where it came from! I must have sneezed every five minutes. By the time I got home, my head was completely clogged and my sinuses were ready to rebel. Mikey was ever so sweet and set up a warm bath for me, then we watched 300, which we have bought. This morning things seem much better. The sinuses are complaining they are sore, but no sneezing attacks, thank goodness. Just a reminder to all, MTG is tonight at my house for all who want to come. I would be having ribs for dinner, which I am greatly looking forward to as I can taste things today, YAY! There is no word on the job front for Mike, mine is going wonderful even with a new boss. She seems really nice, so hopefully things will work out. Morgan starts school on September 10. Yes, this is late, but Iroquois wants a couple of extra days to get the new elementary school in order, which is where Morgan will be attending. She is looking forward to it, at least until we can afford to move. Then it is a definite change in districts. On the upside, I contacted my lawyer and she is sending paperwork to me to begin the adoption process. Now, if only I could find that piece of shit so I can get him to sign off...... If I find him, chances are the adoption will be cheaper. Hey Alex, do you think you could run a social and locate him for me? If not, that's okay, I'll just talk to the first ex-wife....
Well, work is calling, gotta run. See you all tonight!!!
